Not unlike you, I had some be goals, some champaign goals set for myself personally and professionally this year. The last few weeks have been like surfing a wave.

Plain and simple: I love playing by my own rules. If I have an idea, I can just go for it. I am not limited by anyone else’s systems or rules. The way I work is mine for the creating.
When teams share and build trust by being vulnerable, they then become more accountable to each other. Accountability drives execution and execution drives results.
Just because we are physically distant doesn’t mean we have to be emotionally distant. Now more than ever we need to be highly conscious of one another’s well being, emotions and that which might not be spoken.
I have always loved connecting people. It is another core value and guiding principle at Better Your Best, and its one of my favourite things to do in the world.
