BEING AT THE HELM OF YOUR LEADERSHIP is to understand that leadership is an inside job. It starts with understanding who you are – strengths, blind spots, and triggers. By understanding who you are, you are more equipped to be in effective partnership with others.  Partnering effectively means leaders are engaging in the many different types of conversations required to drive businesses. When leaders are a part of teams that frequently engage in important courageous conversations built on trust, commitment, and accountability, teams and businesses perform better. Developing ourselves to be our best is the first step.

Develop a group of conscious, self-aware leaders who take radical responsibility for their thoughts, words, and actions. These leaders are able to rise to the moment and positively impact the ecosystem around them.

2024 CORPORATE PRICING:

  • 1 – 6 PEOPLE
    Training Investment: $10,000.00 CAD + GST per group of 1-6,
    Participant #7 and onward, $1200 CAD + GST per person
    Assessments: $250 + GST per person

INTERNAL CHAMPION
Each organization will have a designated internal champion to own, lead, and support the corporate training. This champion will be responsible for organizing, communicating, and holding their group accountable to the program and their learnings. They will be given extra training throughout the entirety of the program.

The biggest takeaway of Leading Self has been the benefit of taking the time to understand ourselves, and one another. Through a better understanding of our similarities, our differences, our strengths, and where we want to grow we have begun to appreciate each other more, specifically for our differences and what these differences contribute to the value of our team. 

 

An unexpected benefit of the webinars has been the positive outcomes of our internal accountability group. Our performance pod is a team of people from different roles, with different levels of experience working together in a new way. Through doing the work, we have developed a higher level of trust and vulnerability. We have also been able to take the learning and find ways to integrate it with the rest of the firm. Even though there is a small group of us actually doing the course, the benefits cascade throughout the whole organization.
