Deepening your self-awareness through the use of a behaviour assessment is energizing, but insights fade unless you use them. One simple way to keep your development learning alive is to treat your favourite AI assistant as a practice partner between coaching sessions.
Set it up once, and practice often.
For example, create a private workspace in Claude. Upload your own assessment, and add two or three development goals in your own words.
Practice in small doses:
- Before a key meeting: “Given my style, where might I overplay my strengths today?”
- At the end of the week: “Review my week against my goals and suggest one experiment for next week.”
- Before a hard conversation: Ask your AI assistant to role-play the other person so you can rehearse.
Bring it back to coaching.
AI should NEVER replace the transformational growth that comes from working with another human. Use it as part of your ongoing practice and your prep to deepen your learning.
Because remember: where does growth happen? Outside your comfort zone.
No AI tool will challenge you the way a real person can. It’s too easy to close the laptop and move on, instead of sitting in real discomfort while someone else holds the space. So bring your AI learning, your observations, and your questions back to your coach… and then HUMAN INTELLIGENCE it, together.
After all, human intelligence is our capacity to learn, reason, solve problems, and know ourselves. It’s orchestrated by a brain of roughly 86 billion neurons, and neuroplasticity lets it keep adapting and learning new skills. (Thank you, AI, for this beautiful definition.)

Great teams don’t stay in rhythm by accident. They practice, and now that practice can happen every week, not just in your next coaching session.
